Certificate IV Training and Assessment
The Training and Assessment Training Package is designed to meet the current and future competency development and qualification needs of new and existing personnel working in a broad range of work functions and activities within vocational education and training.
It provides a clear set of benchmarks to support both initial competency achievement and ongoing staff and professional development. This qualification replaces the previous BSZ40198 Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.
Career prospects
This qualification is the minimum requirement needed for Trainers to work within the Vocational Education and Training sector, for example: Registered Training Organisations, TAFE's.
Delivery Method
This course is delivered face to face (minimum class sizes apply) Distance based or On Line, or a combination of all.
Course Resources
Course fees cover all learning refernce material costs associated with the course. You will need to provide a video or DVD of you conductuing a 30 minute training session (if on line or distance based delivery is your chosen method of training.)
Note: It is recommended that students have broadband access, or be able to use the internet frequently. intermediate MS Word skills, a good knowledge of file management to complete many of the units in this program.
